Return Policy

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re more than happy to accept your return.

Twenty20 Boutique accepts returns provided that the items are returned within 21 days of the date of the order confirmation. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with original tags attached.

Twenty20 Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements. Original as well as return shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

How To Return An Item:

2. Ship your merchandise to the following address:

  1. All returns must be pre-paid. Twenty20 Boutique must receive your return within 21 days of when the order was placed. We recommend that you ship your returned merchandise via USPS or UPS with a tracking number. In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, Twenty20 Boutique cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.

  2. Once we receive your returned merchandise, your return will be processed within five business days. All refunds will be made in the method of original payment. The value of the merchandise plus any applicable tax will be refunded.

  3. Please note that Twenty20 Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
